Foods that work better than drugs

Do you take drugs for a chronic disease? Are you on pills to stop pain, or to lower your blood sugar level, blood pressure, or cholesterol? Many doctors tell patients with chronic conditions that they only need to worry about maintaining a healthy, balanced diet - that there’s no evidence special food or supplements can make a difference for them.
