Empowering Excellence in the Beauty Industry

Enabling beauty salon businesses and the people who work in them to achieve their full potential was the theme of a series of one day events organised by the International Institute for Anti-Ageing (iiaa). The Empowering Excellence road show is took a team of presenters to four venues in September, with events in London, Leeds, Glasgow and Dublin.

  The overall aim of the sessions was to reveal new and effective ways to surpass customer needs in order to improve business performance.  Highly entertaining motivational speaker Steve Head  showed how bringing out the best in yourself and your staff and creating a fantastic customer experience will keep clients coming back for more.

Therapists also learned how to achieve the natural-looking results that clients prefer with the Environ Frown Treatment, a safe and non-invasive away of reducing lines.  A further session demonstrated how salons can use mineral make-up together with effective displays and consultations to generate new business.
